STORK REPORT

Rebekah Ann Sutton is excited to introduce her little brother Avery Reese Sutton. Proud parents are Trae and Bethany (Goines) Sutton of Temple. Avery was born Aug. 10, 2008 at 5:20 p.m. He weighed 8 lbs., 1 oz. and was 20" long.
Grandparents are Barry and Susanne Goines of Whitehouse, Bobbie Goines of Whitehouse and Butch and Melinda Sutton of Axtell.
Great-grandparents are Norman and Shirley Long of Tyler, Terry and the late Murl Goines of Whitehouse, Christine and the late Alvin Reese Sutton of Nolanville, Nell and the late Leslie Hosman of Killeen.
Other relatives include uncles and aunts Zach and Benita Tomlinson of Pittsburg, Lauren Norris of Whitehouse, Tim and Staci Worden of Temple and cousins Hayden Tomlinson and Garrett and Reese Worden.

At 11 days old Avery is still dong well. He had his newborn pictures taken today and did a good job! He didn't do anything on Mommy but pooped on Daddy and sprayed the photographer. We got some really cute shots- epsecially with Bekah too when she was cooperating. His 2 week follow up appointment is on Monday so we will find out how much he weighs then. Until then. . more pictures! :-) One day old- what a cutie!

Avery Update!

Sorry it's been a while since I updated. Avery is doing well. At his 2 day check up he weighed 7 lbs 8 ozs which was normal! Here are a few more pictures.
Bekah still loves her baby brother. She's doing great with him.

Avery's Arrival

Avery has arrived. My water broke Sunday morning about 5:30 and he was born that evening at 5:20. He would have been here sooner but we were waiting for my OB/GYN to arrive back from Dallas. As soon as she arrived I pushed for less than 15 minutes and he was here! He's 8lbs 1 oz and 2o inches long. Thankfully he was smaller than they had estimated (although he did arrive 3 weeks early-- no telling how big he could have been!!) We're both healthly and heading home today (Tuesday!!!). Pictures below.

Our Big Boy

We had our sonogram today. The images were amazing. At one point he was moving his mouth. It was really neat. The sonogram found out that 90% of babies are smaller than Avery at this point. He weighs 8 lbs 11 ozs (+/- 1lb). I am 36 weeks and 3 days but the other measurements showed me at 38 weeks 3 days, 40 weeks, 40 weeks 5 days and 40 weeks 5 days. So according the his 'measurements' I would be 39 weeks 3 days (+/- 16 days) giving me an estimated due date of August 10th instead of August 31st. But that's just the information I am copying off the sonogram report. Unfortunately I won't know what my doctor thinks or what action she wants to do if any until my next appointment which isn't until Tuesday. :-( I will try to get the sonogram pictures scanned and posted soon. I have one of his foot with little toes, a hand and little fingers, an adorable face with very clear eyes and nose and mouth, and proof that he indeed is still a boy!

Avery Update!

Well we had our first weekly appointment today! I am already dilated to a 3. Yeah!! But I'm trying not to get overly excited as I was dilated to a 4 for 2 week with Bekah. Our sonogram is tomorrow so we will find out how big this baby really is!!!! She can't induce me until 39 weeks so now it's the waiting game. Hopefully we will get to see our son sooner rather than later. I'm ready to hold him. That's it for now! :-)
