Christmas 2009

Ho Ho Ho to everyone!

Well it is that time of year again … No Silly, not Daddy’s annual trip to the emergency room for a Christmas decorating accident, however Daddy has learned that you never lick your fingers prior to changing out the bulbs on the Christmas Tree Lights!!! You should have seen the dancing Daddy was doing when he got a hold of the burned out bulb!! Mommy wanted me to tell everyone that Daddy will need new boxer shorts for Christmas after that experience!!! But back to the important thing…It is time for the Sutton Annual Christmas letter written by me, Bekah!

Well as you know I have been around for 4 years, so I am becoming a pro at writing these letters. Daddy says I am growing too fast! I am 3 ½ feet tall and well a nice girl doesn’t give out her weight! I am learning lots of new things at school and I can also spell my name! Mommy says my handwriting is better than Daddy’s too!!! I still love to help Daddy feed the cows and he is also letting me help drive the tractor!!!! He says I drive a lot better than Mommy, but he said it is a secret and for me not to tell Mommy that!!

Avery is getting big too!! He is walking and talking, well jibbering, but Daddy says he gets what Avery is saying.
.
Mommy says Daddy has the same mental capacity as Avery, which is why they understand each other!!! He is growing as fast as me too! He is 30 inches tall and weighed 21 lbs and 5 ozs at his 1-year-old checkup. He LOVES to play outside and swing and is into EVERYTHING!!! He also loves helping Daddy with the cows!!!

Mommy is working on her Master’s Degree so she can become a principal one day. Daddy said she is already good at bossing people around so she might as well get paid for it!!! Daddy usually gets the ‘mommy look’ and then smacked when he says stuff like that!!

Uh-Oh, Daddy is starting that crazy dancing again and smoke is coming out of his hair!!! I had better get over there and unplug those Christmas lights before he ruins another pair of boxer shorts!

From our Family to yours, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Bekah
(oh and Avery, Mommy and my Dancing Daddy too!)
